What we collect
Through the contact form we collect only what you send us yourself: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the rental plan you selected, your preferred start date and the content of your message.
We do not use tracking cookies or any tools that build a profile of visitors. Visit statistics are measured anonymously, without cookies and without data that could identify you.
Why we collect it
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange the rental of a storage unit. We do not use them for promotional messages and we do not pass them on to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a rental are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Data relating to concluded contracts is kept for the periods required by law.
Processing and transfer
We use an external email delivery service to send messages from the contact form, and the website is hosted on a hosting provider’s infrastructure. These providers process data solely on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
